Florida Springs ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Florida Springs mobile application ("the App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Location Data
With your permission, we access your device's location to show nearby springs and personalized map features, verify spring check-ins, and provide user-started Paddle Navigation. When you explicitly start a paddle, location may continue to be used while the app is minimized or the screen is locked so the app can record your route and calculate distance, speed, ETE, and ETA. Android displays an ongoing notification while this tracking is active. Tracking stops when you end or exit the paddle.
We store verified check-in evidence and routes that you choose to save so we can provide your Florida Log, navigation history, achievements, and related app features. We do not sell location data or use it for advertising. Location data may be processed by service providers that operate our maps, app, and secure cloud infrastructure on our behalf.
Photos and Media
If you upload images or media, they are associated with your account and used to enhance community features within the app.
Feedback and Support
We may collect feedback or support messages submitted through the app to improve our service.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
