If you aren’t careful you’ll paddle right past it. there’s a house just across the river from it. The spring is encountered from the water, typically by paddlers or swimmers moving through the upper river. It has no land-based facilities, signage, or dedicated access, and most visitors experience it incidentally while exploring the river rather than stopping specifically for it. There is a boat ramp at the nearby Wacissa Spring. There are also outfitters available for paddle craft rental and airboat tours.
