Part of a cluster of springs of the Silver Glenn Springs system feeding into private lakes or tributaries near Lake George in northeastern Florida. These are typically small to medium freshwater springs with clear, groundwater-fed discharge. Water clarity is typically excellent when the gage height is near baseflow conditions, generally around 1 ft. Levels significantly above that can introduce turbidity, while lower readings closer to 0.8–1 ft indicate clearer spring-dominated conditions.
